Uses: Ginger is traditionally used to help with nausea and occasional upset stomach.
Adults and children 6 years and older: Take one tablet at least 30 minutes prior to event. May take 2 tablets every 4 hours 1 to 3 times a day as needed. Do not exceed 6 tablets a day.
