I love oatmeal, no strength, let her periodically try to attract to not very useful food because of the content of phytic acid, but I do not care. This porridge is also delicious, although in addition to oatmeal it contains many other things. Honestly, I took for the sake of interest, why people order oatmeal in Ayerbe, drags around the world what is in every corner of our country. I tried and still did not understand - the porridge is excellent, but it's not worth it to order it from America. Porridge consists of a mixture of oatmeal rich in nutrients, as well as flax seeds, wheat germ, oat and wheat bran with high fiber content. Each serving contains 10 grams of fiber, 1000 mg of Omega-3, and a large number of vitamins and minerals. But you can make this mixture yourself - mix ordinary porridge in a bath, add bran and flax seeds, all this is in the nearest pharmacy or store. Although I would not add flaxseed seeds, I would put them in each serving separately. Probably everyone knows that flax contains a large number of polyunsaturated fatty acids, "omega", for which everyone is chasing. Omega in its pure form has a not very pleasant, slightly fishy smell and therefore the flax flavor is quite specific. I did not like how this mixture was soaked with the smell of flaxseed, besides, the last portion of this porridge rancid, although I kept it as I always keep all the cereals - in a glass jar with an iron lid. In the end, the product is not mine, I like the porridge from the store more. As for cooking, there is nothing unusual, you can cook on the stove, steam it in a jar or do it in a microwave. The latter is my favorite way. If there is lactose-free milk in the house, then I do it on it, if not, I do generously add ghee oil (I take it here, the tip is on my page), salt and honey on the water and in hot porridge. Jam and dried fruits do not recognize, fresh fruit and berries prefer to eat separately. Sometimes I can add almonds, hazelnuts or some other nuts available in the house, but I'm not even all tasty. A couple of times she did phytoniac oatmeal: beat the egg with a fork, salt, you can add a little milk, oatmeal a couple of tablespoons and fry in a pan as an omelet. In the filling most of all I liked to add some cheese and greens. In general, I advise you to take for the sake of interest those who want to somehow diversify their breakfasts or try to start to cram them into themselves under the aegis of utility, great and terrible proper nutrition and other problems))
