I like the packaging, glass bottle and spray nozzle are hygienic and keep the precious ingredients from oxidizing. Transparent bottle lets you see how much there's left, but it should be kept away from sunlight. The product itself is really thick, and I'm already worrying how I'll get the last drops out of the bottle. The smell is quite strong and unusual, but it doesn't linger around so I'm not too bothered. The product should definitely be dabbed onto face rather than rubbed, or it'll peel and coat all peach fuzz with white flakes. The finish is sticky and it won't absorb completely. Since this is a PRIMER and not a day cream/real sunblock and not thereby meant to be worn alone, I don't think I can take off any stars because of that. I tried this with my mineral powder first, but it was quite tricky since buffing the powder with kabuki would ruin the primer layer. I ended up patting thin layer with powder puff. I wasn't satisfied with result. Next I used liquid foundation, which seemed to work better. I didn't see any improvement in staying power, after few hours my make up looked worse than usually. Considering the primer's ingredients list, I have a feeling it could work a way better with oil/silicone based foundations than my water-based, but I didn't have any to test my theory. I didn't test this in harsh sunlight since I spend most of my time indoors, but I think it's quite obvious NO-ONE will apply nearly enough of this to actually get the spf 30 benefit (google "how much is an efficient amount of sun screen" to find out why). But I think it definitely can give some precious extra protection with, for example, spf foundation. I wouldn't recommend to wear it alone and it's not really meant for that. I feel it can be beneficial for skin, it has anti-oxidants and other good properties. I din't see any "retinol-like results" but I felt it moisture-locking and it didn't break me out. I think I will finish the bottle, but probably won't repurchase. **** UPDATE 6/18 I haven't still finished the bottle. I just never seem to reach for it when I do my morning skin care. I cannot say I like this product much, yet I do not hate it. It is tricky with loose powder mineral foundation because of the stickiness, and with my liquid makeup looks awful with it after few hours. It cannot be worn alone either, because it feels weird to spread primer so much that one could get adequate spf 30 protection.
