I was glad to see something with both D and zinc together so that I don’t have to take two separate pills. Zinc seems VERY high for the average person (tolerable upper level of zinc is 40 mg but this product has 50mg!), but I decided to take for a short period of time to see if it helps with my adult rosacea/acne, otherwise the zinc is WAY too much. Definitely don’t take more than one!
