What customers say
Customers have expressed high satisfaction with the Carlson Super C Complex, highlighting its effectiveness in boosting the immune system and providing antioxidant support. Many users appreciate the inclusion of bioflavonoids, which enhance absorption and offer additional health benefits. The product is praised for its quality ingredients, vegetarian-friendly formulation, and easy-to-swallow tablets, although some find them slightly large. The packaging is consistently noted as perfect, ensuring the product arrives well-protected. Users report noticeable improvements in energy levels and overall health, particularly during colder months when immunity support is crucial. Despite a few comments on pill size and lack of sodium ascorbate with bioflavonoids at iHerb, the majority regard this supplement as a reliable choice for maintaining health. Fast delivery and trust in the Carlson brand further contribute to positive experiences.

If you’re looking for a reliable, vegetarian-friendly high potency vitamin C + bioflavonoid supplement for immune support and antioxidant coverage, this is a solid option. Just ensure you’re comfortable with the dose, take it with food, and it fits your overall nutrition plan (rather than assuming it replaces other healthy habits).

I often recommend comprehensive vitamin C formulations, and Carlson's Super C-Complex stands out for its thoughtful composition. Complete C-Complex: for enhanced absorption and antioxidant synergy . Gentle on Stomach: The buffered formula with mineral ascorbates makes it suitable for sensitive individuals who experience discomfort with regular ascorbic acid . The added bioflavonoids mimic how vitamin C appears in nature, which may improve utilization compared to isolated ascorbic acid .

My doctor recommended that I buy this product, so I bought it. I was happy with the price and size of the package. I don't really know what it was supposed to do, so I can't tell if it was potent, but the pills were gentle on the stomach.

One of the products worth buying because of the appropriate content and the large quantity. If I take it diligently every day, I am not easily infected with the flu.
