These are two ingredients - yellow peas and red lentils, which is awesome. I love that they're high in protein and gluten free. They don't taste the same as regular wheat pasta, but I don't mind. They have their own unique, almost nutty flavor with a satisfying bite. All of their shapes are great but these are my favorites as I find shells aren't often available as gluten free. I also love that they're high quality and organic so you don't need to worry about glyphosates, unlike other chickpea pasta brands.

I've tried most of the chickpea pastas. Usually they are made with one or the other. But this one uses both chickpeas to give the perfect texture. This is the only pasta I buy now. Other similar pastas add starch and tapioca, which are both simple carbs high on the glycemic index. This one has no bad ingredients. And it's organic, which is important when you're eating chickpeas and lentils. My family loves it, too.
