Normally I use plain charcoal, and have previously used a very good (but much more expensive brand with peppermint). These seem to be well-made - a very herby taste.They don't do anything to stop belching, but maybe I should just eat more slowly - there's only so much that supplements can do.

I've found these to have a bit of a weird effect on how my bowels deal with gas. They seem to stop/ease the release of gas at first, BUT I've found that they tend to make my bowels feel tight and uncomfortable. Like I need to f#rt but can't get it out, even if I want to.... Then I get a stomach ache.. I've had to stop taking them for relief. I've found Tummy Tamers and Soothe Digest to be much better/more soothing. Just my personal experience.
