I tried Force Factor LeanFire for a few weeks to see if it could help with energy, appetite control, and trimming fat. It does give you a noticeable energy boost—especially in the mornings. Also helped a bit with feeling less hungry between meals. But—there are some trade-offs. I got some jitteriness, especially if I accidentally stack it with coffee. Also it feels like the effects taper after a while, unless I keep up diet + exercise. Overall: decent support if you already have healthy habits and want a push. Just expect it won’t work by itself.
