It's a quality product with a lot of different minerals, only problem is calcium per capsule isn't very high

This is clearly a high quality product compared to a lot of those cheap nasty vitamins. I think most of the included vitamins and minerals are vegan. The only problem is that even though it's sold as a calcium supplement the amount of calcium per capsule isn't that high.

The description sounded so appealing I decided to try this even though I was very happy with Source Naturals' coral calcium. There's no discernible difference. Given the much higher cost, personally I would rather return to using a basic coral calcium rather than one with lots of other ingredients.
