Lactoferrin is great for breaking up biofilms. Look up xylitol & lactoferrin protocol. Both work well together. I actually use erythritol instead and it works! Previously I just couldn't take erythritol or xylitol in any quantities but since I've been on the protocol I've been able to ramp up the dose and not seeing any negatives even if I take quite a bit.
