After much research, I decided to get this one and I'm quiet happy with the purchase, But in my opinion, if you're already very high test, I wouldn't take this all the time, because sometimes I need to meditate and not just be getting stuff done! LOL. But it doesn't mean you can't get used to meditation with this. But, like everything, in moderation -- in my opinion, at least. I take this with some pepper kernels to really get a higher effect. The great thing is that the "dose" is divided into 2 caps, so you can always take half if you need to.
